Brady's Newborn Session

A couple of weeks ago we had Brady's newborn photos taken. Of course, the baby that sleeps all of the time was awake almost the entire session. So poses were limited. What we did get are beautiful though. Thanks to Bella Jolie Photography!

This is the best we could get of the two of them. Ethan was less than cooperative

Here is Brady's Birth Announcement that I finally got done!

One more birthday post

Robert was able to take off work on Friday to go celebrate with just the three of us while Brady stayed home with Grandma. We decided to head out to the pool and enjoy the sunshine!  We all three had a great time. I think we all needed a little bit of fun with just Ethan. With Brady at home we were able to focus our all on him and I think he really enjoyed that.

Just being cute while waiting for Dad to get back with his Popsicle.

Doing a little people watching while enjoying his snack.

Ethan's Monster Truck Bash

We had a great time yesterday celebrating Ethan's 3rd birthday with his friends and our family. We started a couple of months ago asking Ethan what kind of party he wanted. Once he decided on monster trucks we got to work. I will say, next year I will ask a little closer to time. He talked about his party for a good two months!

There was wreath to greet our guests at the door.

We had signs to show where to take a bathroom break.

And of course, like I do every year, we have photos of Ethan on his past birthdays.

And the current year.

Here is the "Thank You" table with favor bags filled with candy and monster trucks to take home for each of the little ones.

The food table included chocolate "dip sticks", chocolate donuts or "spare tires", 4 wheelin' fruit, Cookie crumblers, and monster truck chips with artichoke dip. And we had some delicious cake and cupcakes. The background was made by Ethan. He loved using his monster trucks to paint.

Many of Ethan's friends came out to celebrate with us. We had friends from playgroup and from his class at school. It was a lot of fun watching them all race their monster trucks in the backyard.

They also enjoyed playing with the Legos that were set outside.

There were presents....and then more presents. The kid made out like a rockstar.  He has some pretty great friends and family that seem to love him.

I hope that everyone had as much fun as we did.

Thank you to everyone that came out for the fun. Happy Birthday little man. I hope your party lived up to your expectations.

Sorry for the picture overload.
