Early Summer fun

The rain finally gave way. Ever since we have been busy little bees around here. Between school, swim class, and birthday planning we barely have time to relax. But, the boys are having a ton of fun with all of the playdates. In the last three weeks we have been to the aquarium, Legoland, a pool playdate, and an overnight at Gaga's house.

Lots of photos ahead.

Much more summer fun to come!

Ethan's Toy Story Birthday Party

This party has been in the works for a couple of months. He's been asking about it since right after Christmas I think. Much to my surprise, he chose Toy Story for his birthday theme this year. And he loved every little bit of it.

The entryway was decorated with a fun banner, picture, toys, and a claw box that doubled as favors for the kiddos

The kitchen was decorated with a Woody/Jesse themed rag banner. We also had army strung across the room. There were monkeys in a barrel hanging from the chandelier.

For food we had Peas in a Pod Veggie tray, Hamm's Pigs in a Blanket, Mr. Tortillahead Wraps, Slinkydog pasta salad, and Pizza Planet Bagel Bites.

In the living room we had a blocks Happy Birthday Banner with toys along the mantel.

On the bar we had pictures from Ethan's four year old shoot along with a few more toys along the way. We also had planets hanging from the opening of the bar.

Ethan loved having the majority of friends coming to celebrate with him.

While it was a little warm and humid out, most of the kids enjoyed playing outside with the bubbles and bounce house.

He was upset the bubbles were blowing the wrong direction. As if I can control the direction of the wind.

Thanks for coming to celebrate with us! He had such a great day!
